The Royal Houses

Description

Royal Houses are one-floor residential buildings constructed in the converted army barracks. Their unique look is created by old red brick and some elements of half-timbered wall. They go perfectly well with the greenery of adjacent gardens. Unconventional, charming architecture is not the only value of Royal Houses. You would be surprised with their functional interiors leaving you with a great freedom in shaping your individual taste. Each house is named after our distinguished kings and queens.

Aleksander”, „Ludwik” i „August” have basement garages. „Kazimierz” i „Boles³aw” are also provided with a basement. A roofed entrance leading to the courtyard surrounded by two rows of buildings is planned to be constructed between  „Jadwiga” and „Bona”. In the middle of the courtyard there is a 16-stand garage for those residents whose houses are not provided with a basement. Each house has an adjacent 200-300m2 area . Royal Houses’ courtyard has a big green square with area of about 2000 m2  with some small architecture items.

The floor area in Royal Houses has been given on the basis of inside walls measurments without taking away the oblique underroof space surface.

The first floor of  Royal House has a nice front porch, hall with a spacious dressingroom, bathroom with a toilet, comfortble study, living-room with a kitchen. The last one is almost 4m high what makes its user feel extremally comfortable inside. It has a special place designed for a fireplace. Due to its dimentions, the staircase can have either an inside lift or nice unique stairs. On the upper floor of the house there are three or four comfortable bedrooms. The upper bathroom is  large enough to have all modern fascilities installed. There are no limits in arranging and finishing. Another advantage of Royal House is a beautiful balcony overlooking  a green courtyard.
