Residential lofts, constructed inside the building of the old 19th century Granary, are a clash of traditional, industrial and modern architecture.The unique atmosphere of this place is created by wooden beam suspended ceilings, granite stairs and marvellous brick elevation with stylish wooden windows. Upper -floor spaces are perfect places for people with artistic aspirations.

It is suitable for all your subtle needs and expectations. Its stylish elements make the place outstanding! Misterious ground-floor is designed for small business. Currently, there are three big places with areas of 310, 440 and 190 m2 which are perfect places for exclusive restaurants, coffe shops, patisserie, beauty studios and some others. Upper- floor places have been already divided into stylish residential lofts. On each floor there are eight lofts:

• 4 Prince Lofts– B, C, F, G – area of ca. 100m2;
