South-west part of the basement is a 29-stand underground „open-space” garage. The location of the  building –on the slope- makes entering the garage from  the south-east side possible. Garage stands are placed in rows on both sides of the main drive leading to each parking space. 4 stands are adapted for the disabled. The underground garage is a reinforced concrete „case” .The other storeys of the apartment building are constructed on this “case”. Some small locked store rooms are planned to be constructed near each garage stand. There are two staircase passages with lifts, communicating  the underground car parking place with the other storeys of the apartment building. In the northern part of the basement there are residents’ cellars.

The garage stands as well as the cellars will be purchased individually.
